Although his defensive power is high, he is incompatible with his current Wind-Up status of level 2, and he is helpless against Continuous Trap because he misfires when set cards are chained. The neck is the lack of reach.
As a low-level effect, it's not too much of a concern when used as a link material, but the level is still out of place.

The no-cost set card bounce is quite powerful. However, the compatibility with "Wind-Up" is more subtle than other "Wind-Up", so it's a good idea to use it with WATER support. "Floating" correspondence is quite large.

With 2 stars, it can be lifted from Junk Ron, but the RBI is more defensive.
Therefore, it is difficult to use the effect unless you set it once.
And with the great Deck leader, Wind-Up Oh, it's kind of hard to use.

Bouncing set cards is a must-have for Wind-Up, which uses Synchro and Xyz.

However, with Wind-Up having only this guy and Nyanko, there's no point in making Rank 2...

Even though it's a one-time effect, it's a fairly high-level effect for a low-level activation effect.
I can't get involved with Wind-Up's powerful Xyz gimmick, but will it be activated for the sake of Manufacture?
However, on top of the increase in manufacturing factors such as Rabbit and Shark, this card's rank 2, which makes it difficult to get involved with Xyz, is quite painful.
